We are seeking a professional, organized, and friendly Front Desk Office Assistant to be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will manage the front desk and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support office operations and ensure excellent service to clients and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain the reception area and ensure it is tidy and presentable.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Provide general support to office staff and other departments as needed.
- Assist in maintaining the company’s website & social media pages (posting, replying comments, and messages).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in administration field; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Customer-service oriented with a professional attitude.
- Languages (Kurdish, Arabic and basic English).
Working Hours:
Six days a week (Sat-Thu) 8 am to 5 pm.
*May require occasional lifting of light office supplies or packages.
