However, the ambitious plans to create a wide range of products led to the building of a new factory, thus developing a variety of flavors and new delights. Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy and Campaign Execution:Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with company objectives.
- Manage the end-to-end execution of campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver cohesive and impactful campaigns.
- Campaign Activations and Events:Plan and execute activations for marketing campaigns, including product launches, promotions, and community events.
- Organize and oversee event logistics, such as venue selection, vendor coordination, and on-site execution.
- Supervise all aspects of event setup and delivery to ensure quality and alignment with the brand.
- Gather post-activation feedback and analyze outcomes to refine future activations.
- Supplier and Vendor Management:Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices without compromising quality.
- Supervise supplier performance, ensuring they meet quality standards and deliver on time.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors to support seamless campaign and event execution.
- Content Creation and Management:Develop engaging and innovative content for social media, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with designers and creative teams to produce high-quality visuals and multimedia.
- Ensure all content reflects the brand’s voice, tone, and identity.
- Project Management:Oversee the planning and execution of marketing projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and management, to streamline workflows.
- Monitor project progress, address challenges proactively, and ensure all deliverables meet standards.
- Analytics and Performance Tracking:Use analytics tools to measure the success of marketing campaigns, social media activities, and events.
- Generate reports on key metrics such as reach, engagement, ROI, and event attendance.
- Use insights to refine strategies and improve the effectiveness of future initiatives.
- Influencer and Partnership Management:Identify and collaborate with influencers, bloggers, and partners to amplify campaign reach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external collaborators to support activations.
- Market Research and Trend Analysis:Conduct research to identify trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities.
- Apply insights to innovate marketing strategies and enhance brand positioning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in the same field.
- Proven experience in marketing, social media management, and event activations.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience managing supplier relationships.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities, with a focus on quality and deadlines.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics software.
