Job Summary:
To design, implement, and optimize traditional and digital marketing strategies that build brand equity, drive consumer engagement, and generate measurable business results—particularly tailored to the competitive FMCG and food industry landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
Traditional Marketing
- Plan and execute 360° campaigns including TV, radio, print, outdoor, and in-store promotions.
- Coordinate product launches and seasonal campaigns with cross-functional teams.
- Manage POS materials, packaging updates, and promotional logistics.
- Organize brand activations, exhibitions, and sampling initiatives.
- Develop marketing calendars and promotional roadmaps based on market trends and consumer insights.
Digital Marketing
- Lead SEO/SEM, social media, display, and email campaigns.
- Create, publish, and optimize digital content across platforms (website, Meta, YouTube, etc.).
- Manage paid advertising, monitor CTR, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
- Use tools like Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager for insights and performance tracking.
- Collaborate on e-commerce campaigns and optimize user journeys for FMCG products online.
Performance & Analysis
- Set and track KPIs for both offline and online campaigns.
- Analyze ROI for all marketing activities and propose improvements.
- Conduct competitor analysis and monitor local digital trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or related field.
- 3–5 years of combined experience in traditional and digital marketing, preferably in the FMCG or food sector.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Analytics, CRM platforms).
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Multilingual ability (Kurdish, Arabic, English) is highly desirable.
- Understanding of consumer behavior in the local and regional FMCG market.
- Experience in trade marketing, influencer outreach, or e-commerce optimization
Working Hours:
Six days a week (Sat-Thu) 8 am to 5 pm.
*May require occasional traveling in and outside of Kurdistan.
