Role Summary
The Facilities Coordinator will ensure smooth day-to-day office operations, maintaining a clean, well-stocked, and welcoming environment for employees and visitors. This role is responsible for replenishing office supplies and refreshments, coordinating with vendors, overseeing cleaning services, and supporting company events and activities.

1. Office Supplies & Refreshments
• Monitor and replenish office snacks, beverages, and pantry items on a regular basis.
• Track and restock stationery and office supplies to ensure availability for all teams.
2. Vendor & Service Management
• Liaise with breakfast vendors, caterers, and other suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality
service.
• Oversee and coordinate with the cleaning team to maintain high cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Negotiate with and manage service providers for cost efficiency and quality.
3. Event Coordination
• Support the planning and execution of internal events, meetings, and employee engagement
activities.
• Arrange catering, furniture setup, and other logistics for office gatherings.
4. Financial & Administrative Tasks
• Manage petty cash for facilities-related expenses, maintaining accurate records and receipts.
• Process invoices and track facility-related expenses against budget.
5. General Facilities Support
• Act as the main point of contact for facility-related issues and coordinate necessary repairs or
maintenance.
• Ensure all communal areas are tidy, functional, and well-presented.
