Diagnostic Technician – Lexus Erbil
Main duties & responsibilities:
The Diagnostic Technician is responsible for accurately diagnosing and resolving complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues in Lexus vehicles. This role ensures high-quality service, supports customer satisfaction, and maintains the dealership’s reputation. The Diagnostics technician uses advanced tools, interprets codes, and leads junior staff while ensuring compliance with Lexus standards and a safe working environment.
Location: Erbil – Lexus
Required Qualification:
- A BSc. in Mechanical, Automotive, Mechatronic Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years as an automotive technician with a focus on diagnostics.
- Proficiency in diagnostic tools and software, strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and leadership capabilities.
- Familiarity with Autoline or similar systems
- Language Skills: Kurdish, Arabic, and English are preferred.
