Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Order and Planning Officer to support operational activities across Baghdad, Erbil, and Sulaymaniyah. This role is responsible for managing key aspects of product training, vehicle logistics, documentation, and coordination between departments such as marketing, sales, and operations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, efficient, and able to multitask in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct product training in Baghdad, Erbil, and Sulaymaniyah
· Prepare training materials and quizzes for internal use
· Manage delivery manifests across all operating cities
· Oversee the second key handover process in all showroom locations
· Generate and maintain VIN number reports
· Prepare presentations for internal and client meetings
· Handle vehicle registration processes
· Coordinate vehicle movement within showrooms
· Collaborate with the marketing team to provide accurate product-related content
· Attend preorder meetings with customers and support the sales process
· Manage documentation for GSO (Gulf Standard Organization) and COO (Certificate of Origin) certificates
Qualifications & Skills:
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, or engineering related field
· 2+ years of relevant experience in operations, planning, or logistics (automotive industry is a plus)
· Strong communication and presentation skills
· Excellent organizational and time management abilities
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
· Ability to travel regularly between Baghdad, Erbil, and Sulaymaniyah
· Fluency in English and Arabic and Kurdish
Working Hours:
· Standard Working Hours: 09:00 – 18:00
· Note: Flexibility is required, and extended working hours may be necessary depending on operational needs.
