Job Description:
The Sales and Marketing Department is responsible for developing and implementing the Sales and
Marketing strategy to increase the company’s sales and brand awareness. This department oversees the
promotion and positioning of the project, supervises the development of products or services, and expands
the customer base.
Key Responsibilities
• Reporting & Strategy Development
o Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and brand
awareness.
o Create and submit monthly progress reports to the General Manager (GM).
• Market Research & Business Opportunities
o conduct regular market surveys to identify new business opportunities.
o Analyze market trends and pricing strategies to optimize sales performance.
• Marketing & Advertising
o Manage marketing and advertising campaigns for the project.
o Ensure that marketing efforts align with customer satisfaction and community acceptance.
o Manage and oversee marketing materials, real estate selling strategies, and social media-related
matters.
• Sales & Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
o Implement and oversee the CRM system to track customer interactions and sales
opportunities effectively.
o Coordinate client relationships across project departments to facilitate seamless service
delivery.
• Product & Service Feedback
o Provide direct feedback and recommendations to the GM and Engineering Department
regarding residential units and project services.
• Sales Forecasting & Performance Metrics
o Develop and maintain sales models to predict future trends and support decision-making.
o Monitor and analyze customer feedback to enhance sales strategies.
o Establish and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of
sales and marketing efforts.
• Training & Development
o Request training programs for the Sales and Marketing Department to improve product
knowledge, sales skills, and customer service.
o Foster collaboration with businesses and organizations to expand market reach and
advocacy efforts.
• Promotional & PR Coordination
o Plan and coordinate promotional events and public relations (PR) efforts to enhance brand
awareness.
• Internal Coordination & Compliance
o Ensure alignment of sales and marketing strategies with the company’s overall goals.
o Coordinate with management and other departments.
o Supervise data entry and ensure the accurate entry
o Digitize the entry of SMFs to create an additional data source for sales analysis and
reporting.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years of experience in sales/marketing (real estate preferred).
Strong knowledge of CRM, digital marketing, and market analysis.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Ability to analyze data, forecast sales, and track KPIs.
