Position Title
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the company’s strategic plans in collaboration with the Board of Directors.
Oversee all key departments: Production, Quality Assurance & Control, R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Finance, HR, and Operations.
Ensure full compliance with GMP, MOH regulations, ISO standards, and international pharmaceutical regulations.
Represent the company before regulatory bodies, government agencies, investors, and business partners.
Lead the financial planning process, manage budgets, and ensure sustainable profitability.
Inspire, build, and manage a high-performance leadership team.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Chemistry, or Business Administration (Master’s degree is a plus).
Minimum 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with at least 5 years in an executive leadership role.
In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and GMP standards.
Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and decision-making skills.
Fluent in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
