Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and results-oriented marketing planning & research coordinator t to join our growing team. This role is a hybrid between strategic marketing execution and marketing research/analysis. You will be responsible for researching markets and consumer behavior, analyzing trends, and using insights to shape campaigns and distribution strategies. This is a growth-focused role ideal for someone analytical yet creative.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals and market opportunities.
- Identify, evaluate, and manage both traditional and digital distribution channels (email, influencers, social media, retail partnerships, affiliates, PR, etc.) to optimize product/service reach.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align campaign strategies with product positioning and business development goals.
- Conduct competitive research and market analysis to identify trends, customer insights, and potential growth areas.
- Develop customer personas and map customer journeys to guide targeting and messaging strategy.
- Track, measure, and report on the performance of marketing initiatives and suggest improvements.
- Manage relationships with external partners, vendors, and agencies as needed.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Stay updated on global and regional marketing trends to conduct campaigns in this region.
- Assist in managing and tracking campaign budgets, ensuring spending stays within limits and aligns with expected ROI.
- Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, including ROI, KPIs, and engagement metrics, and provide clear reporting and recommendations.
- Help prepare reports and presentations for internal and client-facing strategy meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in a marketing role such as performance marketing, data analytics, strategy, coordination, distribution strategy or campaign execution.
- Solid understanding of the full marketing mix and customer journey mapping.
- Experience with content marketing, brand positioning, and customer segmentation.
- Experience working with digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing platforms, analytics software, etc.).
- Proficiency in data tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Excel, survey tools, etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to conduct and apply marketing research to real-world strategies.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-informed decisions.
- Experience in both B2B and B2C marketing.
