Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or automotive engineering (or related field).
- 2–3 years of experience in aftersales or service advisory roles within the automotive sector.
- Strong communication skills in Arabic; English proficiency is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with DMS systems.
- Excellent customer service and complaint-handling skills.
- Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving capabilities.
Responsibilities:
• Provide outstanding customer service throughout the vehicle service journey — from reception to delivery.
• Translate customer concerns into actionable work orders for technicians.
• Follow up with customers and ensure their satisfaction.
• Resolve service-related complaints and ensure timely solutions.
• Advise customers on required repairs and periodic maintenance.
• Take detailed notes based on customer input and conduct initial vehicle inspection.
• Process warranty claims promptly and ensure proper documentation is submitted.
• Verify compliance with factory or distributor warranty policies.
• Reconcile warranty receivables and ensure timely payments.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update databases regularly.
• Monitor workshop performance and manage workload scheduling.
• Apply manufacturer-recommended flat-rate labor times to job orders.
