Responsibilities:
As a HR & Admin Specialist, you must effectively perform the tasks below.
HR-related Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update the HR database, records and employee files while monitoring schedules, attendance and leaves for proper action.
- Organize the recruitment process by posting job ads, recording candidate data, preparing interviews and headhunt candidates.
- Handle employee offboarding processes, including exit interviews and ensuring legal and policy compliance.
- Complete and document the employee’s onboarding and offboarding cycle.
- Draft employment contracts, Job offers, probation review forms, and update job descriptions.
- Administer employee benefits and payroll with the support of group HR.
- Ensure compliance with Iraqi labor laws and company policies.
- Handle employee relations and address the inquiries.
- Assist in the implementation of the yearly performance appraisal ensuring fairness and transparency all across.
- Update and monitor HR policies and SOP’s, procedures and related forms and organizational charts for all departments.
- Develop training materials and conduct training sessions when needed.
Administrative Responsibilities:
- Manage back-office operations, equipment and supplies.
- Assist GM with office tasks like filing, copying, and scanning.
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements and hotel bookings for the management.
- Handle correspondence and maintain records.
- Assist with vendor management and record keeping.
- Maintain a professional and organized work environment
- Support other staff members when needed.
- Make reels and stories for the Sixt meta and other social media accounts.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or any other related field.
- At least 2-3 years of relevant HR & Admin experience.
- Able to communicate both written and verbal in English, Arabic and Kurdish.
- Strong knowledge of Iraqi labor law, payroll, social security, and tax regulations.
- Experience in managing recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Holding a driver’s license is an advantage.
Working Conditions & Benefit Package:
- Working Days & Hours: 6 days per week, 9 hours per day (Including 1 Hour Break)
- Salary: Negotiable, based on qualification & experience.
