The Quality Assurance Supervisor ensures the hotel maintain a professional and consistent brand image, check compliance with internal SOPs, and supporting an exceptional guest experience by meeting guest expectations through audits, and feedback. Help in training, and continuous improvement initiation in the front and back-of-house.
This role ensures that all employees adhere to the hotel’s internal standards related to hygiene, grooming, uniform presentation, and workplace cleanliness to enhance the quality of services offered by the hotel.
