About the Role:
BYD Iraq is seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to manage the front desk and serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors. The Receptionist will play a key role in ensuring a positive experience for all visitors and supporting the smooth operation of daily office activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist clients, visitors, and employees in a professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, and documentation.
- Coordinate with different departments to facilitate office operations.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in customer service is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and friendly demeanor.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
