Job Description
Position Summary
AUIB is seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Assistant to drive its mission of advancing excellence in higher education through innovation, global engagement, and student-centered leadership. In this pivotal role, the Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership, manage complex scheduling and communications, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and ensure the smooth operation of daily executive functions. Key Responsibilities
• Manage complex scheduling, calendars, and travel logistics for senior leadership
• Design and maintain dynamic Excel spreadsheets, dashboards, and
automated reports
• Develop and implement macros and small-scale scripts to automate routine tasks
• Draft, edit, and format documents, emails, reports, and presentations
• Serve as the liaison between the executive office and internal/external stakeholders
• Coordinate high-level meetings, take minutes, and manage follow-up actions
• Handle confidential information and maintain organized digital �filing
systems
• Provide technical support for office systems, Teams meetings, and data
tools
