Job Vacancy: Monitoring Officer – Hospital Operations
Position Summary:
Asia International Hospital is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Monitoring Officer to support operational excellence through regular monitoring, evaluation, and reporting activities. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring compliance with hospital standards, improving service delivery, and supporting quality improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor day-to-day hospital operations and ensure adherence to established protocols and standards.
- Conduct routine audits and inspections across departments (e.g., wards, emergency, pharmacy, labs).
- Collect and analyze data on service delivery, patient care, and staff performance.
- Identify gaps, generate reports, and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with department heads to implement quality improvement measures.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies.
- Maintain accurate records and support documentation for internal and external audits.
- Provide feedback to management on trends, risks, and areas for improvement.Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 2 years of experience in monitoring, quality assurance, or operations.
- Strong analytical, observational, and report-writing skills.
- Knowledge of hospital standards, accreditation processes, and health regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data collection tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
