- Pastry Chef Prepare and present baked goods & desserts Maintain high standards in taste, hygiene & presentation Oversee pastry kitchen, inventory, and may lead a small team
- Chef de Partie (Western Cuisine) Prepare high-quality Western dishes Ensure consistency, presentation & taste Must have Western cuisine experience & creativity in execution
- Chef de Partie – Cold Section
Prepare and present high-quality cold dishes, salads, and appetizers.
Maintain food hygiene, proper storage, and portion control.
Support the kitchen team and guide junior staff in the cold section.
Ensure consistent quality and creativity in all menu items.
