Job Title: Sales Supervisor – TAO

About the Job:
The Sales supervisor is responsible for helping build up a business by identifying new business prospects and selling products to them. Maintain relationships with current clients and build and maintain relationships with new clients.
Main duties & responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
•Identify potential customers within the market .
•Research and gather information on potential leads .
•Most of his or her time is spent on visits to the company’s customers, focusing on potential or promising customers.
Sales Presentations :
•Reach out to prospects and make presentations on product benefits.
•Achieve monthly and annual sales target.
Negotiation & Closing :
•Work on sales scripts to sell products in the most effective way.
•Negotiate terms of the deal and close sales.
Client Relationship Management:
•Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service .
•Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships .
Market Analysis:
•Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors’ products, prices, and sales.
Reporting:
•Provide feedback on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products.
•Submit weekly and monthly sales reports showcasing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client expansion.
Team Collaboration :
•Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
•Share best practices, knowledge, and insights with the team.
Required Qualification:
•Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business management or related field.
•Proven 5 years of experience with at least 3 years in Lubricants
•Proficiency in English .
•Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles.
•Excellent knowledge of MS Office .
•Fast learner with a passion for sales .
•Self-motivated with a results-driven approach .
