Job Summary
SuliKim, a leading manufacturer of construction materials and tile adhesives in Iraq, is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our growing sales and distribution team in Basra.
We are looking for an energetic, ambitious individual with the ability to promote company products and manage client relationships professionally.
Candidates holding degrees in Civil, Chemical, Architectural, Water Resources, or Petroleum Engineering will have an advantage due to the technical nature of the products.
However, applicants with strong sales experience and solid knowledge of the local market are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Execution
• Promote and sell SuliKim products within the local market.
• Implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
2. Customer Relations
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and distributors.
• Visit construction sites, retail stores, and clients regularly to collect orders and feedback.
3. Market Development
• Monitor competitor activities and analyze market trends.
• Provide recommendations to improve distribution and pricing strategies.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Diploma degree (preferably in engineering, but not mandatory).
• Experience in sales, client relations, and fieldwork.
• Proficiency in Arabic (required); Kurdish and English are a plus.
• Must own a private car and hold a valid driving license.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel to other provinces when necessary.
