💼 Job Summary:
The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing initiatives to support the company’s business objectives. This position requires creativity, organization, and strong communication skills to ensure the company’s brand and marketing strategies are effectively executed.
🛠 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all marketing activities and ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Coordinate marketing efforts with the sales department.
- Oversee and manage the marketing budget.
- Create and publish marketing materials in line with the marketing plan.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns and events.
- Manage and evaluate campaign performance using key metrics.
- Ensure consistent brand management and corporate identity.
- Prepare both online and print marketing content.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing communications.
- Collaborate with designers and assist with new product launches.
- Maintain effective internal communication regarding marketing objectives.
- Analyze and develop strategic partnerships for marketing growth.
- Maintain positive relationships with media and governmental entities.
- Travel to workshops, events, and meetings within Iraq and abroad.
- Track promotions and ensure KPI-based accountability.
- Translate marketing and press materials between English and Arabic.
- Analyze collected data and generate comprehensive reports.
- Create visual presentations and summaries of marketing activities.
- Participate in the marketing process to optimize the marketing funnel.
🎓 Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing or coordination roles.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.).
- Excellent command of both Arabic and English.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work under deadlines.
