Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting and generating leads to expand the customer base.
- Achieving or surpassing sales targets and objectives.
- Collaborating with various departments to gather essential customer information for targeted marketing.
- Formulating and presenting tailored service or product bundles to customers.
- Assisting in the determination of pricing structures for quotes, promotions, and negotiation purposes.
- Compiling and delivering weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Conducting persuasive sales presentations to potential clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Coordinating sales initiatives with marketing programs to maximize effectiveness.
- Demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of company programs and advocating for their benefits.
- Managing and securing deposits and final payments from clients.
- Conducting outbound calls to assess customer needs and promote products and services.
- Maintaining meticulous records of client interactions and transactions.
- Addressing client inquiries regarding credit terms, products, pricing, and availability in a professional manner.
