Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Staff member to join our team in Erbil. The Sales Staff will assist customers, promote company products and services, and contribute to achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate is friendly, reliable, and dedicated to delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and promotions.
- Achieve individual sales goals and support team targets.
- Process point-of-sale transactions accurately.
- Develop long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Handle customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Keep the sales area clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking.
- Provide feedback to management about customer needs and market trends.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
- Experience: Previous retail or sales experience preferred but not required.
- Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Technical: Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with POS systems.
- Availability: Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and different shifts.
