STANDARD MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in project management, development studies, business administration, or a related field.
Experiences:
• Proven experience of minimum five years in project coordination or management, particularly in development or non-profit sectors.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Integrity, including a commitment to respecting institutional rules and procedures;
• Good communication skills;
• Ability to liaise with different team members in the field of competence;
• Strong ability to manage priorities and flexibility in finding alternative options when necessary;
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment and establish harmonious and effective working relationships (both within and outside the Organization);
• Experience in working with specialized IT architectural programs, such as AutoCAD, GIS, Photoshop, etc., and other similar technical software will be considered as an asset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in monitoring project budgets and financial reporting.
Language:
• Excellent knowledge (written and oral) of the Kurdish language;
• Excellent knowledge (written and oral) of the Arabic language;
• Good command (written and oral) of the English language.
