STANDARD MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
Experiences:
• Proven experience as a Site Foreman or similar role in the construction industry.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and health & safety regulations.
• Ability to lead and manage teams on-site.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of construction equipment and tools management.
Language:
• Kurdish and Arabic Languages required.
