Purpose of the Position
The primary purpose of a Digital Marketing Specialist is to elevate a company’s brand visibility, drive online engagement, and generate leads and sales through strategic digital marketing initiatives. This role involves a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of digital channels to effectively reach and connect with the target audience.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage and optimize multi-channel campaigns across social media, email, SMS , Push Notification, search engines, and paid advertising.
- Implement keyword strategies, metadata updates, and content optimization to improve search rankings
- Conducts Seo for all website pages and all digital platforms.
- Plans and executes all campaigns like SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Set and track KPIs to measure the success of all marketing campaigns.
- Conduct Market Research for Product and Digital presence
- new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
- Analyze, define Target Audience
- Allocate resources effectively to guarantee successful project execution.
- Analyze and optimize marketing campaign performance using data and analytics.
- Optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, in-app ads, and other digital channels.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, tech, and management teams for cohesive strategies.
- Coordinate with content creator, social media team, designers, and agencies to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
- Coordinate with Influencer for specific campaigns
- Calculate and allocate budgets effectively to ensure optimal performance and ROI across all marketing initiatives.
Skills & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools).
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
