Key responsibilities:
– Conduct sales visits, presentations, and demonstrations of the digital wallet platform and its features.
– Negotiate commercial terms and agreements within approved pricing structures.
– Build and maintain long-term relationships with merchants to ensure satisfaction and retention.
– Ensure merchants understand compliance, fraud prevention, and operational policies.
– Maintain merchant documentation, contracts and other administrative tasks.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
– Minimum One year experience in Merchant, B2B Sales.
– Strong sales and negotiation skills.
– Speaks Kurdish and Arabic fluently.
– Gender: Male (for fieldwork-related reasons).
