Supply Chain Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize the end-to-end supply chain process, including procurement, logistics, warehouse ,inventory control, Management distribution.

Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.

Identify and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best terms and pricing.

Monitor and forecast demand to ensure sufficient inventory levels and avoid stockouts or overstock situations.

Coordinate with production, sales, and customer service teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Oversee the logistics and transportation of goods, ensuring cost-effective and timely delivery.

Analyze supply chain data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, and third-party logistics providers.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies throughout the supply chain.

Prepare and present reports on supply chain performance to senior management.

Continuously assess risks within the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or a similar role.

Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including procurement, logistics, and inventory management.

Proficiency in supply chain management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong negotiation and vendor management abilities.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.

Knowledge of regulatory requirement
