Job Description: As an Electric Engineer at ZMC Solar, you will handle essential tasks related to the design, installation, and maintenance of solar power systems. You will be responsible for conducting site assessments, designing system layouts, overseeing installations, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Knowledge of computer usage and Microsoft Office is required to manage and maintain project documentation efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
– Conduct site assessments to determine the feasibility of solar installations.
– Design solar power systems, including system layouts and electrical schematics.
– Oversee the installation and commissioning of solar power systems.
– Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations during all phases of the project.
– Maintain accurate project documentation and records for easy retrieval.
– Use Microsoft Office for data entry, reporting, and project management.
– Communicate professionally with clients, contractors, and other external organizations.
– Generate, format, and update technical reports and documentation.
– Collaborate with team members to ensure project success and compliance with company policies.
Qualifications:
– Fluency in English, Arabic, and Kurdish (both written and spoken) is required.
– A minimum of 6 months of experience in electrical engineering or a related field.
– Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and other computer applications.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Strong communication skills for interacting with clients, contractors, and colleagues.
– Resident of Erbil, Iraq.
Preferred Qualifications:
– Prior experience in electrical engineering, particularly with solar power systems.
– Familiarity with solar power system design and installation.
