Talent Acquisition Officer with strong deep-sourcing capabilities and a hunter mentality to support our recruitment operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent across various industries using advanced sourcing strategies. This role requires excellent research skills, strong communication, and a proactive approach to building high quality talent pipelines.
Requirements
Deep Sourcing & Talent Mapping
- Conduct deep and targeted sourcing using advanced tools, Boolean search, social platforms, industry forums, and alternative channels.
- Map targeted talent pools and create structured pipelines across multiple sectors.
- Identify passive candidates and engage them through customized outreach strategies.
- Track and document sourcing results, response rates, and conversion effectiveness.
Recruitment & Selection
- Screen and evaluate CVs to match role requirements across different industries.
- Conduct initial interviews and assessments with potential candidates.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth process.
- Prepare candidate summaries, evaluation notes, and reports for internal use.
- Ensure timely follow-up and communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Client Support & Coordination
- Support account managers in understanding job requirements and client needs.
- Provide insights on market availability, salary benchmarks, and candidate profiles.
- Assist in preparing candidate shortlists and recruitment materials.
Database & ATS Management
- Maintain accurate and updated candidate records within the ATS.
- Organize pipelines based on job categories, industries, and experience levels.
- Ensure compliance with internal recruitment procedures.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong sourcing and research skills; ability to find candidates beyond traditional platforms.
- Experience with Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing extensions/tools.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Solid understanding of different job functions and industry requirements.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
