Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and issue invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
Collect and record incoming cash payments.
Deposit collected funds into the designated company bank account.
Manage social security contributions and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Handle Personal Income Tax (PIT) processes and submissions.
Generate accurate monthly financial statements for internal review.
Assist in the preparation of the annual balance sheet and financial reports.
Identify and implement cost-saving strategies to improve financial efficiency.
Maintain and update financial records using QuickBooks software.
Prepare and submit daily financial reports and summaries.
Assist in the preparation and monitoring of the company’s original budget.

Main Requirements:

3–5 years of proven experience in accounting roles
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
Experience with accounting software, especially QuickBooks
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to prepare financial reports and manage budgets
