Job Summary
Max Motors is a leading multi-brand luxury automotive showroom in Erbil. We are seeking a professional and experienced Showroom Manager to lead our showroom operations, drive sales performance, and uphold premium customer service standards. The role requires hands-on leadership, operational oversight, and a deep understanding of the automotive retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the showroom, ensuring smooth workflow across all departments including sales, reception, and customer relations.
- Lead, train, and supervise the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and performance KPIs.
- Maintain showroom appearance, ensuring all vehicles and brand materials are displayed to the highest standards.
- Monitor inventory, coordinate with procurement, and ensure timely availability and delivery of vehicles.
- Oversee customer service excellence from initial inquiry through to final delivery and aftersales support.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to boost revenue and market presence.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, brand standards, and regulatory guidelines.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance evaluations to senior management.
- Represent the showroom professionally in interactions with clients, suppliers, and business partners.
Requirements
- Iraqi national with a strong understanding of the local automotive market.
- Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in the automotive sector, ideally with luxury or multi-brand dealerships.
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Strong knowledge of showroom operations, sales processes, and customer experience management.
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English (Kurdish is a plus).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Automotive Management, or a related field (preferred).
