About the Role
We are looking for a creative and professional Marketing Specialist & Graphic Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for enhancing our brand identity, producing outstanding visual content, and implementing effective marketing strategies to support our services and strengthen our market presence.
Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design & Visual Identity
- Design and produce high-quality marketing materials (brochures, social media posts, presentations, advertisements, etc.).
- Ensure all designs are aligned with the brand’s visual identity and guidelines.
- Create innovative designs to support both internal and external communications.
Digital Marketing & Promotion
- Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social media, email, website, etc.).
- Support promotional activities to increase brand awareness and attract new clients.
- Collaborate with management to develop campaigns aligned with company objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare analytical reports with recommendations for continuous improvement.
Cross-Team Collaboration
- Work closely with sales and operations teams to develop marketing materials that support business growth.
- Contribute to organizing events and various marketing activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in graphic design and marketing (preferably in service industries).
- Proficiency in design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and project management skills.
- Ability to work flexibly both independently and within a team in a dynamic environment.
