We are looking for a Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team in Iraq!
What We Expect
- Managing physical inventory aging and ensuring accurate stock rotation.
- Performing physical count of finished goods (FG) and empties, with system updates.
- Sorting and segregation of wastages/fluffy stocks and maintaining proper records.
- Data entry and document preparation in BASIS (Outload/STN/STO).
- Daily reporting using Microsoft Excel.
- Inventory reconciliation between book and physical stocks.
- Managing accurate records of warehouse transactions.
- Recording repair and maintenance activities in SAP and maintaining physical documentation.
- Loading and unloading finished goods and related items for the plant.
- Monitoring and improving warehouse efficiency and asset utilization
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or any related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse or inventory management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Time management and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Creative and innovative mindset.
- Pre-Intermediate level in English (and local language if an expat).
- Familiarity with WH Management Systems and SAP is a plus
