Job Summary:
The Branch Warehouse and Parts Executive is responsible for the efficient management of the branch’s warehouse operations and parts inventory. This role ensures the timely availability of parts to meet customer demand, optimizes inventory levels, and maintains accurate records. The executive also supervises warehouse staff, coordinates with suppliers, and implements processes to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management:Maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Monitoring stock levels and forecasting demand.
- Ordering and receiving spare parts.
- Conducting regular inventory audits.
- Implementing and optimizing inventory control procedures.
- Procurement:Sourcing and ordering spare parts from suppliers.
- Negotiating prices and terms with vendors.
- Managing supplier relationships.
- Ensuring timely delivery of parts.
- Parts Identification and Distribution:Identifying and locating spare parts for maintenance and repair needs.
- Providing parts for technicians or customers.
- Ensuring proper labeling and storage of parts.
- Managing parts returns and exchanges.
- Electronic Parts Catalogue Knowledge
- Customer Service:Assisting customers with parts inquiries and orders.
- Providing accurate information on parts availability and pricing.
- Addressing customer complaints and resolving issues.
- Record Keeping and Reporting:Maintaining accurate records of inventory transactions.
- Generating reports on inventory levels, usage, and sales.
- Using inventory management software and other relevant systems.
- Coordination:Coordinating with the maintenance department, or service department, to ensure the right parts are available when needed.
- Working with outside vendors and shipping companies.
Qualifications:
- Education:Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in inventory management or procurement.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management software.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- To read and write English, Arabic, Kurdish fluently and understand
- Experience:Experience in inventory management, procurement, or a related field.
- Knowledge of spare parts and equipment.
- Knowledge of EPC-Electronic Parts Catalogue.
- Skills:Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in 1 inventory management software and computer applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
