Purpose of the Position
The purpose of the position is to ensure the continuous and efficient planning, supply, storage, and distribution of fuel across all areas. The role involves monitoring fuel quality, managing inventory, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations, and coordinating with suppliers and internal departments to meet operational needs.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
1- Coordinate the supply and storage operations to ensure the continuous availability.
2- Monitor consumption across the sites and generate dependable reports.
3- Coordinate with suppliers, requesters & receivers to manage smooth deliveries and testing.
4- Ensure compliance with safety standards in delivery, supply, storage and distribution.
5- Track sites’ inventory levels and conduct regular stock audits to prevent unexpected shortages.
6- Inspect and maintain storage facilities and related equipment to ensure higher efficiency.
7- Implement procedures for emergency supplies.
8- Provide technical support and training to staff handling supply operations.
9- Maintain documentation and records related to purchases, deliveries, and consumptions.
Skills and Qualification
-Bachelor’s degree.
– Strong knowledge of supply types, storage, and handling procedures.
– Ability to monitor and analyze sites’ consumption and quality data.
– Familiarity with supply management systems and inventory software.
– Experience in supervising teams and managing sully operations.
– Good planning and organizational abilities to ensure timely supply.
– Ability to coordinate with suppliers and internal teams effectively.
– Good attention to details in monitoring sites’ levels, leaks, and quality.
– Effective communication skills and coordination.
– Ability to work under pressure.
