Position Summary:
AUIB is seeking a dedicated and proactive Supply Chain Officer (Intermediate level) to support the operational efficiency of the Supply Chain Unit under the Financial Administration Department. These intermediate level position will handle procurement transaction, logistics coordination, inventory audits, and asset management independently. Key Responsibilities:
- Procurement Management: Independently manage procurement documents, purchase orders, and supplier interactions.
- Inventory Audits: Regularly conduct inventory audits, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Logistics coordination: Oversee logistical operations, ensuring adherence to scheduled activities and deadlines.
- Asset Database Management: Manage comprehensive asset databases, ensuring timely updates and accurate lifecycle tracking.
- Administrative and Operational Support: Provide essential administrative support, facilitating seamless departmental operations.
Education and Experience:
- Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Years of Relevant Experience: 2-4 years of relevant supply chain operations experience.
- Specific Skills or Expertise: Experience in procurement, logistics, and inventory management; proficiency in Oracle SCM modules.
- Additional Certifications: Preferred Certifications or training in Oracle SCM.
- Personal Attributes: Organized, proactive, dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to upholding high compliance standards.
