Kinetic has partnered with a leading Construction company who are hiring multiple Construction Works Supervisor’s to be based in Iraq.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Supervise daily construction works activities as assigned.
- Attend daily toolbox talks, site inspections, and scheduled project meetings.
- Monitor execution of civil and construction works against design drawings and specifications.
- Identify and report deviations, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up.
- Prepare scopes of work using templates and standards.
- Review design drawings and contractors’ scopes of work.
- Participate in preparation of Bill of Quantities (BoQ).
- Ensure all works are completed safely, efficiently, and within technical requirements.
- Support cross-functional collaboration with project personnel.
Skills
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
At least 6 years in civil engineering and construction supervision roles within the Oil & Gas industry.
Technical Competencies:
- Supervision of well pad construction and refurbishment (excavation, compaction, concrete works, civil inspections).
- Road establishment and maintenance.
- Steel structures and concrete buildings.
- Pipeline and piping supports.
- Building refurbishment, interior and exterior finishing.
- Quality Control documentation (RFI, ITR, TQ, TDR, Punchlist).
Software Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
Language Skills: Professional level in both English and Arabic (oral and written).
Additional Requirements
- Strong knowledge of HSE requirements.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to coordinate across teams.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts under site conditions.
- Only Iraqi Nationals authorized to work in Oil Fields can be considered.
Working Conditions & Provisions
- Full-time daily presence at site, including weekends and holidays.
- Transportation within and to/from the site to be arranged by the employer.
- Tools and devices (laptop, phone, etc.) to be provided by the employer.
- Meals to be provided by the employer.
