- Purpose of the Position The Operation Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the operational flow and
- ensuring the efficiency of three key products within the NASS ecosystem: NassWallet,
- NassPay, and NASS ONE. The role requires a blend of business acumen and IT knowledge,
- along with strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities. The coordinator will
- manage day-to-day operations, track and report on product performance, and provide
- support across teams to ensure seamless system functionality. This position is critical in
- maintaining smooth operational processes, supporting product teams, and contributing to
- the strategic goals of all three products. The candidate must be capable of multitasking,
- managing high-priority tasks, and addressing any operational issues promptly and
- professionally.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
1. Monitor Daily Operations:
• Oversee and track daily operations for NassWallet, NassPay, and NASS
ONE, ensuring smooth and efficient system functionality.
• Track and report on operational issues, including invalid PIN numbers, and
address other system-related concerns across all products.
2. POS Device Management:
• Provide support for POS devices, inventory, and equipment, ensuring that
all devices are well-maintained and properly accounted for.
• Ensure that returned POS devices are tracked, inspected, and properly
stored.
3. Merchant Management:
• Handle merchant activation and deactivation across NassWallet, NassPay,
and NASS ONE, ensuring that processes are followed efficiently.
• Collaborate with the sales team to resolve any POS/account/card issues and ensure smooth onboarding for merchants.
4. Voucher Cards: Follow up with vendors regarding digital voucher issues, ensuring
that customers are using the correct redemption codes and resolving any issues that arise.
5. Operational Issue Resolution:
• Follow up on and resolve invalid PIN issues by working with suppliers.
• Support the NassWallet, NassPay, and NASS ONE teams in
troubleshooting and resolving product-related operational issues.
6. Vendor Communication: Coordinate with external vendors related to digital cards,
vouchers, and other operational matters, ensuring timely and accurate
responses.
7. Documentation & Reporting:
• Ensure all operational activities, issues, and resolutions are documented
and archived properly for future reference and auditing.
• Design, implement, and review reports to track operational progress and
identify areas of improvement.
8. Customer & Internal Inquiries:
• Handle inquiries and resolve issues from customers, branches, agents,
and internal teams, ensuring fast and professional resolution.
• Transfer unresolved issues to relevant departments and follow up to
ensure quick resolution.
9. System Configuration & Support:
• Support the configuration of platform parameters, services, products, and
financial rules for all three products (NassWallet, NassPay, NASS ONE).
• Work with internal teams to troubleshoot and solve any technical issues
that affect system performance.
10. Training & Development:
• Participate in the development and implementation of training materials
and documentation for staff and external clients as needed.
• Ensure that internal teams are kept up to date on policies, procedures, and best.

Skills & Requirements
1. Education & Experience:
• Associate’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Engineering, Business
Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years in a related field, with experience in managing enterprise
applications, especially in banking/financial systems.
• Familiarity with IT management, system administration, and
troubleshooting across multiple products (NassWallet, NassPay, and NASS ONE).
2. Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office, with strong data analysis and
reporting skills.
• Experience with digital POS systems, operational processes, and financial
platforms.
3. Project Management & Organizational Skills:
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
• Project management experience and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
4. Problem-Solving & Communication:
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to
resolve technical and operational issues.
