Duties and Responsibilities:
- Review and adhere to the Technical and Safety SOPs, ensuring compliance with the outlined procedures and policies.
- Provide comprehensive training in the section, covering both technical and theoretical aspects of the tests conducted.
- Follow and implement the Quality Control (QC) procedures specific to the section.
- Review and print patient results, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of the instruments used within the section.
- Maintain compliance with all documents related to the section.
- Report any issues related to sampling, instrument errors, kit shortages, expired items, or duty rota inquiries to the Laboratory Supervisor.
- Monitor patient results to ensure compliance with Turnaround Time (TAT) requirements.
Adhere to the monthly schedules set at the beginning of each month
Skills and Qualifications:
- Sc or B.Sc. in Laboratory Science/Biology or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is required.
- Proficiency in Kurdish, Arabic, and English is required.
- Availability for on-call duty on Fridays.
